Yes, we do. We are registered with the Civil Aviation Authority and have an Operation Manual (OM) and an Operational Authorisation from The CAA. We have aviation insurance, standard public liability insurance with AXA, and professional liability insurance.

Safety starts as soon as you contact us or place an order, as the first activity we carry out is we check on the airspace we are in. We will check for airport, prisons, MOD sites, schools and SSSI's. We will carry out a risk assessment and create a method statement this will give our take off and landing point along with any other safe protocols, we take safety extremely seriously.

Yes - We can not fly in wet weather as this would damage our drones and we can not fly if it is too windy. If we flew when it was too windy we could lose control of the drone that could cause harm to others.

The laws states that we must always keep the drone within 500m, our maximum height of flight no higher than 120m or 400ft and we must always keep the drone in line of sight where we can see the orientation of the drone.

As part of the laws and regulations we should not overfly uninvolved people, so our flights are controlled from the outset that privacy should not be a concern in the first place. Where required we will request model release forms and authorisation to use staff members in any photography or videos we produce. Finally, we can edit photo if needed.

Yes we do. We always try and get the right imagery out in the field, but sometimes we need to apply light edits. We use Adobe Lightroom for our editing. We genuinely love to keep our photography authentic.

We use a range of equipment.

• The majority of our work though is done with our DJI Mavic 3 Pro, which is our all round Aerial Photography drone. 
• Then we have our DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise with RTK module. This is the ideal drone for 2D Orthomosaics Maps, 3D Modelling and creating point clouds. This is the ideal drone for working in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction sectors.
• How can we forget about The DJI Mavic 3 Thermal. We actually purchased this drone to give our Drone Roof Survey customer better value for money, in the winter time we can also carry out Thermal Roof Surveys to help save heat and in the summer months we can carry out Solar Panel Surveys.
